Re: Yes Yes. If we lose, I believe he'll be sacked. I neither care nor am interested in alternatives. I'm backing Danny.
Re: Yes Think unless he gets a string of wins he'll be gone. Which is a shame. Think Jennings, Bailey, Treacy, m'voto, Craine, Brown, Lita and Dudgeon should look in the mirror and know they played a massive part in it if he got sacked. Spineless and stealing a living this season.
It's often said that a Mark Robins goal saved SAF. Who's going to step up Tuesday to save Danny? For those burying legends, Redders will be available in a few weeks.
Re: Yes I hope you're wrong Kev, I really hope the owner and his board stay strong. It was always going to take a long time for Danny to rebuild and I hope they give him the time. Like you I am still 100% behind Danny and I think if they do sack him this season that it will be a huge mistake.
Re: Yes I always wrong on these matters, Mario. Usually, if a club goes through a bad spell and there's a vociferous enough clamour for the manager to depart, then he tends to go more often than not.
i'd like to think danny would be sat down and given an honest crack. i don't think any one game merits a sacking. it's usually a cumulation of $hit results. if i were PC right now - if he hasn't already - i'd be sitting down and setting some really clear expectations. 'ok danny, this isn't anywhere near good enough. i'll back you in the window, but this is what i expect to see by the end of jan. if it doesn't happen, we'll be bringing someone else in' there is no way on earth that the rebuilding job that ben and PC committed to, included successive relegations from the champ to league 2

I don't think you can include M'Voto or Lita in that tbh. They've barely been given a game, and when they have played they've looked decent IMO.
Re: Yes Could not agree more. Totally behind Danny and hope that the board stick with him. I have to admit, its getting easier to understand if some people's views are turning but I am not one of them.
Exactly that. Since Cryne took charge we've gone through managers like Katie Price goes through husbands. It'd be a wind of change if Danny survives this poor spell. But I want him to. And, being honest, based only on the fact it's (a) Danny Wilson, and (b) we can't keep sacking the manager.
Yes I don't think he will be sacked yet. But Patrick has form so I'm not 100% certain he will be safe. Hopefully we will win and the question won't arise
I get your point gaz but honestly mate we were diabolical today and that last 4 games Rebuilding job yes but do we really want to be rebuilding in league 2 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I didn't want Danny back by choice, but he did seem to be the least worst option of the potential candidates. I find his tactics and substitutions as questionable as a lot on here. I think he failed badly last season in not giving us even a fighting chance...and the dross we endured earlier on in the season didn't change my mind. Having said all that we seemed to start getting it right a few games ago, but now the treatment room is full, on that basis we should be prepared to give him the time to get those players back or find the replacements when the window opens...if things don't work then, well perhaps then it will be inevitable...in the meantime give him the chance to recover those players and hopefully that form.
You can add Cole, Trotta and Hourihane to that list. All three absolute garbage yesterday, and have been for weeks.
