unless relegated we got to stick with him...

if i was mansford / PC I'd be asking questions if the back room staff couldn't be augmented though ...

f-ing shame we let Bobby go ... just the man we need right now ... hope Danny doesn't live to regret that

I can see why 6 tempted you in, it's irresistible, almost. I'll stick with my option though if that's ok. Or no5, not fussed.

Past caring anymore, if we sack him we'll only take the cheapest option and appoint some ****** as bad as the last ******, best thing to do is wash your hands of the club and find something else to do with your time and money

Voted for "no matter the results, give him till the end of the season", as opposed to the "unless we're relegated" scenario.

Appears I'm in a minority. If we finish 20th, staying up on goal difference, do we really think we'll be miles better next season with Danny?

My vote is based on the Bristol City/Sheff United stories of last season. They'd been awful up to this point and a bit beyond into the new year, but then picked up and ended up finishing comfortably mid-table/top half. If we do that, fine. If we're inept to the point of staying up on the last day or whatever (which the "unless we're relegated" vote carries), then I'll be wondering whether he's the right man to take us into the next season.

Haven't you missed an option off? Is relegation without sacking so completely unthinkable it doesn't even warrant being a poll option?

That is what I would have voted for if it was an option but maybe it is so unthinkable it was excluded.

    I can't change it now.

And let's be honest, he'll be sacked if we lose the next two games nevermind if we're relegated. Unless Patrick and co have finally found their stomachs.

Two minds, do we want to give danny the transfer window to bring players in or do we want to give a new manager the transfer window after he's seen what we actually play like? I don't want danny to be sacked but the way hes playing the team is making me lean the sack him now side.

if he needs to add to his backroom staff he wants to go get hignet in and quick to build the players confidence up

Ben if you read this board, and I've heard that you do, please look at these results and hold your nerve. The vast majority of Barnsley fans see more managerial change as a backwards step. We need stability and we need to stick with Danny and give him the time he needs to stop this ship from sinking. Sack him and we'll be looking at the scenery down in Davy Jones' locker in my humble opinion.
