    Good comparisons imo in all their first seasons.all three were /are nervous a d didn't fit in hope bailey does what they did in their other seasons.

    By the way both of those mentioned got some proper abuse when they first came to Barnsley! WillBailey ever be as good ? I doubt it very much, but the comparison was not their ability , but the situation !

    He's a 'meh' player. Not great, not gash. I expected more from him to be honest this season, but there's mitigating circumstances I suppose. Not played much football has he until now?

    He's definitely talented though, and as others say, he could come good next season.


    I'm fully aware that not everyone has patience though.

    I love the argument that Bailey's '****' cos Derby let him go, how many of our squad would get near the first 11 of a team challenging for promotion in the championship

    i like Bailey im just not sure he is what we need in midfield given the attacking nature of the rest of the midfield it would be good to, at leasty have the option, of a defensive midfield player who was excellent at breaking the game up and got the tackles in.

    Well he certainly ain't much if an attacking midfielder that's for sure. His shooting is awful and he has a total of one career goal.....
