would you consider suing the club or the council? Those of us who grew up many years ago would be appalled at the cissy nature of things today. And don't just give the answer you think you ought to give.
Absolutely NOT. I would just curse myself for being so stupid. It's not like we have masses of people pushing and shoving is it, so how can it be dangerous. Anyone who cannot stand up in snow or ice should stay at home and watch Stictly Come Prancing
would I heck I was also brought up to just get on with it and watch where I put my feet, this particularly applied in snow and ice if you lived on a steep hill cos the kids would probably have a 100ft plus slide going past the end of yer gate
I would claim....where there is blame there is a claim..... I would sue the council as well cos they should clear the paths.....what else (apart from bins and street lighting) do the useless bunch of money wasting, red tape, form filling fekkers do with our Council tax. hopethishelps
I've been hit from behind in the car and assessed the damage and said no harm done love it's a old car I'll sort it out from scrap yard and give you a bell People said stick a claim in whip lash is a few grand get a new car, it's just not me 30 quid for a bumper her husband paid came gave me a hand to fix it got me 12 cans a job was done had she put me out of work for a few week then things would have been different, the same applys here if it's their fault I'm injured I'll claim if I'm not injured or I deem it to be my own fault I would dust myself off and get on with if they've not taken any action to make things safe it's their fault if they've clearly tried to make things safe it just one of them things, I got burned by a smoke bomb at a BFC game Ben said I'm really sorry about this, we're trying our best to prevent such things happening, I said I know it's nothing to do with the club I'm just cross about what's happened not with the club the person that did it I won't be trying for compensation or any thing, he said thank you go into the shop and I'll meet you there he said to the woman could you replace his training shirt and jacket please I was over the moon we both did the right thing
If the approach roads and car park were a real threat to the club then I would suggest the box office and shop will be closed tomorrow. After all isn't a slip or fall while visiting the club shop any different to a match?
I'd claim it was a Reece Brown tackle that floored me I'm sure that would be believable and sue Wes for having crap hair.
I doubt the club would worry anyway. Theyve been happy tovrisk a lawsuit with carpark conditions for years due to them turning the lights off
Coincidence ??????? http://bbs.barnsleyfc.org.uk/showth...t-of-pain-this-afternoon&highlight=smoke+bomb
That's one hell of a sentence Mr Tyke. A bit like the stuff my wife comes out with just as I am about to start watching something good on telly.
