Anybody would think ben mansford, barnsley council, the ref and the apprentices had walked in your front room and taken a dump on the carpet.

Its a cancelled game of football for goodness sake. Get over it.

I'm not arsed tbh. Chance to get some players back, maybe some new ones in. Didn't fancy the drive either. It's ok if you live in barnsley but many of us don't.

Rothred, yes its only a football match.

But come on, yet again BFC get a simple decision WRONG.
They have not made one single effort to get this game played and for me, make themselves look a joke......again.

    Nothing changes at BFC.

It's only a football match but last time I checked Barnsley Football club exists with the primary aim of playing football matches. Maybe I'm too old fashioned.

Is it that important to you that they play tonight? Or is this just another BFC whipping session?

I could ask you the same question as I asked pasta, but I already know the answer where you are concerned.

I'd go and get a flask and some sandwiches made, you are in for a long day doing what you enjoy doing most. Enjoy

Its not important to me that they play tonight.

What is important to me is that, as a Club, we do the RIGHT thing(s). In my opinion, we have made a bad judgement call by making zero effort to play a scheduled game of football, some 2-3 days after the snow fall.

As for a "whipping session", then this is in the lap of BFC......continue to make bad decisions on and off the field and accept the criticism. Make good decisions and improve, then take the plaudits.

I'm a bfc fan, season ticket holder, and I'm happy with the decision, as I'm sure many are. The game was to be played tonight, when it will be proper freezing again, especially come full time. I'd rather not have the 100 mile round trip on freezing roads.

Agree with all that. Let's play the game in reasonable conditions when our injuries have cleared up.

I don't enjoy criticising the club. I would like to praise them. Unfortunately they continue to disappoint me and I am just airing my frustrations. Some supporters will justify, excuse and apologise for everything their club does wrong. Others wont.

I agree, why is it so important to play tonight then in a month or so?

    Gotta be a whipping session.

I think the family who's made the trip over from Canada so their kids could be mascots for both sides toneet might disagree! At least they made the effort.

Some will moan and whinge at anything the club does too. I'm happy with the decision so have they done wrong, or is it just YOUR opinion?

Were they not making the trip over anyway, or was this solely for tonight's match?

I'm sure getting to spend Christmas with family, friends and loved ones that are normally 6,000+ miles away will have made up for it.
