can anyone explain why i cant load boro ticket onto my season ticket

    The last two rounds I loaded it onto my season ticket but today all i can do is print it or collect it? called the club and they said it was because they are on general sale? what does that matter if nobody has selected to sit in my seat already?

    Because tickets are now being sold on a sit where you want basis once in the ground so they can't then sell you a ticket for your seat.

    Exactly. If you purchase online you have to select a seat so it's not sit where you like is it?

    Also it's coming up with full price, season pass holders adults £15 and Juveniles £4.00, added to basket and coming up with £20 and £5.00

    Just realised I have paid full whack for three tickets, it didn't even register when I bought them online!
    I've emailed the club to see if I can have the difference refunded - that's my beer money!

    Because the system does not work or is being poorly administered

    The 15 quid option was on a pull down menu but like the last game the "add to season ticket" was not available.

    that is pretty frustrating, if that's true. i don't have an 'add to season card' option either. only collect or print at home.

    I did have that option when I ordered mine. I chose for delivery though as I'm not 100% trusting of the technology yet, don't want to turn up only to find it hasn't actually been loaded onto the card, how would you prove it on the turnstile?

    Might give it a go next time. One giant step and that.

    I presume though that as I have allocated the purchase (and the Burton game) to myself that the actual purchase record will still show on my card/account? I've not saved the stub from Burton and if we get a big away day should we beat Boro it might help with getting tickets.

    know what you mean. i always have the confirmation email ready to fire up on my phone, in case computer says no at turnstile..
