can anyone explain why i cant load boro ticket onto my season ticket

    I've done 3 games this season where I've loaded them onto the card - worked fine. Didn't even bother taking a 'backup' (phone/print off) last time!

    But, I've just hit the same problem as the original poster - no option to add to cards this time, so I need to make a trip to Oakwell this aft to pick them up (no printer at home, normally use the office one). Sort of defeats the point of ordering online.

    Can't you pick them up on the day? That's what I usually do.

    Down at the Box Office this afternoon and bought tickets for the same seats where son and I have S T's. Given option of having actual tickets or having S T card marked.

    I purchased mine on Friday online and linked to season ticket accounts but did not notice an option to load on to season ticket card, so have printed them off. I paid reduced price of £15 for two tickets and two concessions at £9 and printed off the tickets.
