    Chasing around all afternoon after players that are much better than you can indeed make you look exactly like that. Anyone who has played even to the most basic level knows that.

    They looked more than a league better than us; they looked like a good side and we just looked like a Sunday league outfit.

    The problem is that displays like today give the boo boys and the Danny out gang all the ammunition they need. Regardless of league positions we were very poor today.

    I listened to the game, we sounded average in the main, but the defenders were praised a lot by the commentary team, as was Lita. I'm not bothered if I'm deemed a happy clapper, I'm just pleased that we had five teenagers on the pitch and we weren't pummelled by a quality side. I'd rather focus on the positives and keep in my mind that most of our lads are under 23 and supporting them will do more for their progression as players than criticism.

    I fully agree that others have a right to see it differently and slate them all.

    Seeing the academy lads getting game time was the highlight today, that and the defence. I'm not sure I agree about Lita, in fact I completely disagree.
