Sorry if I offended also, Jay. I had no idea it was a personal story. My main reason for asking for a source was that thought it was a public story, so I looked for a newspaper article and found nothing, and wanted to do some looking into it. Apologies to you too, Mark.
Ok now i am back home after having to go to work , I realise this is not something that everyone has to do and can understand why people cannot wait , but hey ho ! As it seems that Jay has already answered the question, it is irrelevant anyway, but i do take offence at the fact I am having to explain on an internet forum, how I can say something without being called a liar !! I do not post things about anyone that i cannot prove or is not already in the public domain. Patrick Cryne has done some good things for BFC, but never forget he is a businessman first and foremost ! He is no angel .
Apologies, Mark. As I said above, asking for a source wasn't so much me calling you a liar (although I can see how it came across as that), I was more wanting an article or the like so I could read about it, having not heard of it in the past.
You're getting confused between the old garage and the clubs carpark. There are already apartments on the old garage land (not bfc land) but oakwell community assets have been granted planning permission to build houses on the main club carpark.
Correct. You can see the plans are clearly for the car park and behind the exec car park http://applications.barnsley.gov.uk/planningapplications/?planningapplication=20111561
No it does not, it says that Cryne is a businessman and he will make money as and when he can. Planning applications have been in a few times already. He is definitely no angel though !
