    I would also like to call for members who use foul language, and in particular when they call other members CNUTS or other vile names..

    I would like to see how these people would conduct themselves in a jury situation when one or two jurers didnt agree with their point of view. would they resort to such language..

    She claims she was that drunk - but she didn't give consent. How can she say that if she says she was that drunk. Especially when there are two others in the room that wernt that drunk who said that she did give consent.
    Obviously its stupid, if not dangerous, for a woman to get so drunk that the people she is with are not picking up the right signals.
    And obviously its stupid for a woman to get that drunk when there are people out there that will use force (which wasn't used in the Evans case) to rape her.

    Its like a drunk man driving home from the pub and saying to the police..............no I didn't run over him, but I was very drunk at the time

    I see you decided to dig yourself in deeper shame it would have been nice to just acknowledge that the manner you have said things and indeed your opinions on this subject are wrong and nasty.

    So if you got pissed and 2 blokes raped you but then said they hadn't that would be your fault is that correct?

    He has nothing to do with bfc simple as that!

    What you are failing to understand is whether she did say yes or not isn't the same as her giving consent as she was so drunk. Even if she did say yes he still raped her as she wasn't in a fit state to make that decision and he should have seen that.

    There's been months of posts on here about Ched Evans.
    I've held back posting on here about it until this evening.
    But once started I will argue and debate the matter (like all other matters) until the cows come home.
    I like debate and argument.........its what this message board is all about.
    However, I do not use abusive language against other posters - or I try not to. And the posts on here are my genuine thoughts - I'm not trying to troll or ********. These are my genuine thoughts on this matter.

    Although I have not posted on here about Evans, I have spoken to quite a few people about this and most of the people I've spoken to have similar views to me.

    Another way to look at it. If a six year old girl says yes when Rolf Harris asks her it is still rape as she isn't mentally aware enough to consent even though she said the word yes. Everybody in the world understands that but despite having first hand experience of how drink affects their ability to make rational decisions some people don't seem to understand that you can agree to something without understanding the consequences of it.
