What u seem to have misunderstood is that this text is Evans version of events. Would u expect him to say anything different?
Evan's website convinces me more than ever of his guilt. I'm not sure how anyone reading would think otherwise
I may be in the minority but I am allowed my opinion.. I have seen nothing to convince me that he commited Rape.. without doubt, what he did was morally wrong.. but if the only evidence that he raped her was his admitting he had sex with her...im not convinced.. I am convinced however that mistakes can and have been made by judges and jurys.. I have been on the wrong end of judges getting it wrong..
Well why the fek enter the thread? Gets me folk saying they are fed up of this and fed up of that just don't read it then, there's plenty of threads on this board that doesn't mention the subject.moan moan fekin moan.
Exactly what I've posted on here every time someone posts a link to it saying "after reading this I can understand him not admitting to it" etc. I'm staggered we've so many posters on here willing to believe his story and willing to defend him. Makes you wonder why.
The black and white facts are that Ched Evans is now a convicted rapist, but a few on this message board including myself have an opinion that he was wrongly convicted. Everyone is jumping to the victims defence but as anyone actually thought that the 'alleged' victim may be telling a total pack of lies???
12 jurors found him guilty. They had all the evidence. Not many rape cases stick. This did. Lost an appeal too. He's a rapist. He raped her. That's that.
Why would she though? So she has to be subject to hate crime, move house 5 times and never see her family?
I dont know her, she could be a lovely lass......but my opinion is that she'll be thinking 'how as this whole issue got to where it is'....it only takes her to think the morning after 'I'll show this bas.tard, I'll cry rape to get him in hot water'......its escalated and there was no going back!! We can all form opinions, obviously most of the time folk rarely agree. The only 2 people who know the whole truth that night is Evans and the young lady........END OF!
Wrong. Evans described in great detail what happened that night. He however didn't understand (and still doesn't) that it was rape he was describing.
Ive formed my opinion a fair few times on this now and its all geting boring.....from what I've heard and read MY OPINION is that the conviction of rape is wrong BUT I'm not a judge or part of the jury who found him guilty so what I think or say counts for absolute **** all
But thats the point in a nutshell If he thought it was alright to park on a double yellow line because he believed for some reason in certain circumstances he could. Is that alright?
