    He said in his Player interview that he isn't match fit but then Wilson says hes one of the fittest trainers so i have no idea.

    I reckon that's a player trying to play himself down so he's got an excuse if he doesn't perform.

    Sorry Whitey, it wasn't supposed to be negative about him or cynical. It was as usual just badly worded from me. What I meant is that it sounded like he was trying to buy himself a few games and telling people not to expect him to be on fire from the first minute and a nice subtle way of doing that is to say you're not match fit yet. Nowt wrong with that in my opinion. Its being clever and also a bit more most than those arsehole players who tell everyone they're brilliant and then look **** in their first game.

    By the way I thought he was excellent today and definitely lookedcfit
