    Nice one, hope he makes that slot on his own. Hope we continue to play Holgate at CB because Ramage has become was too injury prone, can't be relied on.

    After making 3-4 mistakes early on he came into it and had a fantastic game. Very composed at centre back.

    I agree with this. same for Smith, first half he was backing out and loose passes but 2nd half he was better.

    He will do playing in the position he's grown up playing in, he's got ice running through his vains he's always cool as a cucumber every time I've seen him at centre half, and he's looked quality in first team every time he's started this season big future this lad

    My concern was his lack if height but the lad can certainly climb as he did for Waring's goal. So much composure and no little pace. Hope we can tie him to an extended deal and enjoy watching him for longer than Stones

    That was a cracking leap to beat their keeper in the air to set it up on a plate for Waring.
