I've been an advocater of his skills and the need for patience in a mid/long term plan. I'm also, like the realists loving that young lads (academy and 20 year old purchases) are hungry, talented and want to play for BFC! It will be onwards and upwards lads. The backers are backing, PC and Ben doing their stuff.

    Keep up the good work.

    On paper it looks good.

Developing the youth and creating a team around them is the way forward.

The proof though will be in the pudding so to speak.

Expectations next season must be play offs at least, no ifs or buts, because treading water in mid table is just not acceptable.

The club has just ambled along for far too long now

Season 2015 2016 is one in which it has to deliver!

Totally agree Gaz, it took him 3 years last time to assemble a very good squad of players who were a mix of youth(Academy) and experience and if it takes 3 years then so be it. Going to enjoy watching this team develop and take shape

Once Winnall gets back we'll have a goal threat again and will start slowly climbing the league. Combined with all the new signings, I'm optimistic for the remainder of the season.

We have made exactly the type of signings I hoped we would this season. Players that want to be with us. Ambitious players aiming higher. It's a shame that the experienced recruits Treacy, Lita and to a lesser extent Turnbull have let us down otherwise we would be a few places higher. We need some experience but as been demonstrated attracting this type of player who still has hunger (cue Treacy jokes) is not easy.

Yes cant wait to see the new lad from wycombe there lot ont facebook where gutted he was leaving. Also think no we have brought in a couple of ball winning midfielders connor will be able to get forward more getting more goals and assists and when winnall is back we will have a good team.

Fair enough but 4 of them are loan players with another on the way apparently. So we're also developing talent from other clubs. Pearson, Waring and Kiwomya will no doubt feature prominently over the next few months so when they go back where will that put us? Ramage slightly different as I'm hoping we make that a permanent and he's hardly a youngster. We were told that the club wouldn't be relying on loans from now on....
