    it wasnt at shaw lane in was in handsworth parramore ground but there was a good attendance to say it was nowere near

    they scored a last minute goal it finished 4-1

    its because rugby is played on the same pitch
    they are trying to get into northern premier league in next couple years but the ground isnt good enough and they signed a 10 year contract with the rugby club to use it

    Remember that the rugby club invested a large amount of money into Shaw Lane, when they sold to Tesco at Stairfoot.

    i know the rugby club owns it i was saying thats why aquaforce cant play on it because rugby club are messing the pitch up

    There's a planning application for a new stand with some PDFs showing the design on the council website, I believe it has been accepted so maybe this is with promotion in sight.

    It would be heartbreaking for them to win the league this year and not be allowed to go up.

    I have no affinity with them at all but always nice to see any of Barnsley's non league sides doing well although I always thought it would be Rec or Brig that moved up the leagues.
