    The snow was only powdery this time around so I suspect it will be nearly all gone by tommorow.

    Are the pavements icy? Again, sunny and 3 degrees today should mean they thaw.

    It'll still get called off.

    If it gets called off now I'm holding you personally responsible :D

    Is there anyone actually in Barnsley who can give us an update? There's plenty of snow still on the ground where I am but that's basically in the foothills of the Pennines. Is there any snow/ice left in town?

    I'm in town centre, and it's fine mate. Pavements were a little icy this morning, but the sun is out, the snow is thawing, and the ice is turning to slush.

    Same old issued we hope don't arise including Ponty End goalmouth getting no sun.

    This is one game that has to be called on or off TODAY considering police costs. Can't afford them a second time.
