Whats he upto these days... would love to see him returning on loan and playing on right wing with Lalkovic on the left? That is if O'Sullivan deal cannot be resurrected.

As for Left Backs I am still a big Carl Dickinson fan and feel he would be good addition. Experience and very influential player, also adds physical presence at the back.

As for middle of the park, if we can keep Pearson I think we will be ok. Otherwise I would like to see us go for one of Leeds pairing either Tonge or Norris on loan... Both influential, and good ball players, although not the quickest I feel they would do a job in L1 in our midfield... competition for places in midfield may help push Hourihane and allow him to be rested. Both of which I think he needs at the moment.

As for Pope, good addition but if we can keep Waring and with Winnall back forward is no longer a priority IMHO...

Out going... Hemmings needs a move (long or permanent), Jennings (Really want him to shine here, but if offer comes in and the money is right I'd take it), Bailey and Lita I would look to get off the wage bill and make available.

Tonge is w@nk, McLaughlin was abysmal playing for Liverpool u21s on Monday, got subbed early second half. And the one thing we don't need with our defensive record, is full backs who can't defend.

I didn't reckon much to McLaughlin IMO, massively overrated by some of our fans..

I'd take Carl Dickinson mind, loved him.

Mclauglin was different class when he played here on loan and that was at Chhampionship level... the lad could attack and defend. IMHO Cranie is best right full back, with Holgate, Bree as cover. But I personally would play Mclaughlin on the right wing. He has pace and flair. One bad game in Liverpool u21's doesn't make him a bad player

As for Tonge, strongly dissagree. The lad certainly isn't in same league as Fabregas, Messi or Ronaldo but in L1 he would do a job in the heart of midfield.

Michael Tonge? Are you kidding? He wasn't great wen he was here before and granted that was a division above but it's still a no from me. And as for McLaughlin, he wasn't bad but way too injury prone for me and I think we've had enough injuries this season.

Just to back up what you say.....couple of mates of mine are Liverpool fans and both reckon Mclaughlin is decent going forward but not on top of his game when it comes to his defending.
