Right then how the bloody hell do I save photos from my apple devices to a computer?

I'm wanting to stick all my photos on my computer so I can free up some space on my apple devices, I suspect it's something really simple but I'm towing my bag out if I'm being honest!!!

    Any help would be welcomed....

It's apple's cloud service. Means you can store your stuff there, rather than on physical drives. If you want them physically on your computer, you should just be able to do it through windows...can't say I've tried it though

Just plug your phone onto your PC's USB port. Click on the phone's drive (if it doesn't appear look next to My Computer) and your pictures will appear. Just drag and drop to where you want.
Get a hotmail account and they give you 7GB+ on Onedrive and you can store em in the cloud. Get the Onedrive app and and it'll upload your pix to the cloud automatically when you connect to wifi...

Don't you need iTunes installed on the PC to do that? Or as an alternative you can get the iPhone drivers so you can use Windows Explorer. This is what I had to do a couple of years back when I had a company iPhone 4. Might have changed since then though.

Dont think you need itunes - though cant be sure because I have it installed but I think that Windows will mount the phone on the USB so you can drag photos just the same as any other usb drive

When I had the iPhone 4, I also had XP and you definitely needed iTunes or the drivers, maybe now with Win7/8 you don't. I no longer have the iPhone so I can't test it.

I use an app called photosync. Downloads from an ipad to a PC really easily.

you dont need itunes to transfer photos and videos.

Just connect your phone via usb. You should get a pop up asking you to browse your folder on your phone. if you dont get a pop up, go to my computer and your phone should be listed, click on that and then click the folders until you get to your photos.

you can drag and drop them or right click copy and past
