I'm sure the Orient fans would love a 10am pitch inspection.

They were very clear yesterday that they were going to have an early inspection to avoid Orient fans travelling a long way if the game might not be able to go ahead. Credit where it's due: they did seem to be considering the away fans.

Could be a few off tomorrow. Best to wait until five to three before putting on the three o clock bets, just to be sure. There is still snow in many places even though it hasn't snowed for about ten days. The temp isn't going to rise enough so it was best to call it off today so the Orient team didn't travel up.

TBF, the morons who had the meltdown over the Oldham postponement have hardly contributed to this thread.

I smell a rat with this one. It is forecast to be seven degrees in Lancashire today. Now I wonder why they would want the match called off? Suppose it is played at the end of the season when Keef needs three points for a play-off place and Orient are either safe, or down? Or do both sides have lengthy injury lists? or is Keef hoping Dagnall will get injured by the time the fixture is played? Keef has the coat for the cold weather, so what's the problem?
