I hope that he's the kind of a player who takes it well, and that this isn't the beginning of the end for him.
Well, some on here have been begging for this. I'm baffled by it personally, however, maybe we're going there to park the bus, hit them on the break? Good sub to bring on, as is Winnall. I hope we don't have to though as that'd mean we're winning/drawing.
I agree he needed dropping, but probably not for a young left-back. No disrespect to George Smith. I'd imagine he's more than likely being 'rested' for a more winnable game coming up on Tuesday night.
As you will imagine I am pleased with the decision . I think he needs a rest and I've not rated his recent performances and danny agrees Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
very defensive team to be honest, but given everyone expects us to lose it's not surprising think we will miss Hourihane's corners / free kicks .... assuming we get any
You can,t keep playing poorly week in week out and expect to keep your place when there may be someone on the bench that can make a better contribution to the teams cause , may be this is the kick up the backside he needs.
Lol. I think we're poles apart on this one matey. Massive contribution in 90% of our games? Has he ********
He's deserved dropping particularly away from home. However, I didn't imagine we'd leave him out and field such a negative defensive team. Are we playing Swindon or Real Madrid ....?
What has he done in the last little while to warrant him keeping his place? He's been a liability recently, and needed dropping.
If folk were restricting themselves to not going OTT, I'd agree. If folk were saying "he's been less effective, quite poor in recent games, although out of position" then aye, I'd agree. But 'rank bad' and 'a liability'??? Gi'or.
