It's the sauce I'd be worried about.

    sad thing is

they call each other the "N" word all the time and find it funny... but if any other race ... especially white.... says it then its "OMG, GET THE LAW SUIT OUT" ..... its called hypocrisy ... racism is a one way street in most cases... and its mostly the white races that get hammered by it. Same with Sexism... most sexist cases are about blokes... not that many women are hit... and trust me they can be worse.
For me almost all of these 'ISMS' are largely total nonsense and just an excuse to get some kinda litigation and a very healthy compensation payout.

Now do not get me going On H&S, that is a totally load of ****** in many many cases these days

A mild, but tasty, masala would be the way to go for our young, resident teacher.

I generally have madras but don't mind a vindaloo. Never had hotter, not sure I'd enjoy it.

I like hot, but I think there's a point where the heat just completely takes away the flavour - for me the balance between heat and getting some flavour is a Madras.

I ordered a Naga a few months ago, I was told it was very hot but also very nice - unfortunately I just found it to be so hot there was no flavour, but hot in a strange way - not difficult to eat, just an overriding taste of heat.

Never bothered with Vindaloo from a takeaway but I used to like the fresh Tesco ones - nice blend of heat and flavour, probably not as hot as a takeaway but I thought this was a good thing. Strangely though, Tesco stopped selling them about two years ago? A big shame as they were quite nice and similar to the takeaway kind of flavour and consistency, unlike all the others they do which are terrible.
