    Be prepared to execute the plan in that he must play young players picked out by the clubs analytical software (Excel 97) to ensure the said players can be sold to prop up the running of the club all the while maintaining a promotion charge

    He's got to have a turnover of 20 players, give debuts to 14 youngsters, lose your best striker for 3 months, lose your two key defenders for 2 months each & have your 2nd best striker recalled and challenge for promotion at the same time.

    I think the next manager should be like The Stig. Wear a red balaclava at all times and stay incognito. :) none of this "legend" "my Hero" "*********". all nice and peaceful.

    It'll be a rolling contract. They're fitting the revolving doors right now ready for when we appoint a manager who walks in, keeps pushing against the door and walks out straight away having failed to make an impact.
