    I wonder if John Dennis has ever been invited back in to the board room? I've spoken to him briefly several times since he left and it's obvious how passionate he is for the club, and a thoroughly nice bloke as well.

    Leaving us with what exactly?

    I have no idea what Barry does, but at a guess, he's like every other committee man I've ever met. He turns up for meetings and gives an opinion. He might do more, I have no idea, but I'd definitely be in favour of a board with more members than 3. (a dictatorship)

    What is your rationale for suggesting he needs to go? Has he done something bad?

    He's been part of a failing board for years. We can't change PC because he is the owner but Barry Taylor could be swapped for someone else.

    Don't rowong s comment on him was hardly favourable either.

    Who though? I've been trying to recruit people to a committee for 18 months. That's a committee with no responsibility.

    What kind of mad man / woman puts themselves forward for a role where people expect

    a) that they will miraculously know how to recruit the right manager
    and
    b) where they are expected by fans to put their hands in their pockets.

    No idea and no idea.I reckon a lot of people would be interested though from the more power hungry or media obsessed fans to the fans who just genuinely want to help right through to former players or employees.

    I wonder whether Bruce dyer would do something like that
