I don't get why people would be happy with graham Alexander,Shaun Derry ,lee Johnson or Chris wilder ,these are young guys still learning their trade, they may become great managers but we've tried this road before with Steve Parkin Nigel spaceman hill and flitcroft and none these worked.I believe we need an older experienced manager a bit like when we got Mel machin. The trouble is now if a manager has a bad time at a club he's wrote off for eternity,I would hope we would consider managers like Tony Mowbary ,Gary Johnson SOD AND Nigel Adkins these haven't become bad managers overnite at least consider them and don't fall for the hype of these young uns,

It's a fair point. Experience always guarantees success. They should probably have gone for someone more experienced last time round.

If were going on that Neil Warnock is the one that fits the bill.

He'd probably have been sacked before the '96 / '97 season even started had this lot been running the club back then.

If the internet had been as widespread as now he certainly would have.

I'm nervous about these guys based on fact that DW is in same category and he's made a right hash of things.

My problem would be a Mowbury would be stubborn and long in tooth like DW, as for Gary Johnson I've always rated him but setting on a gaffer who's done worse than DW this year is a huge NO NO for me, although that's not to say he wouldn't get best out of a massively under performing squad.

SOD? The guys philosophy is bang on, didn't work at Bristol but they were heading south anyway, turned us down once, don't like that to be honest. You get one chance with me just like birds ;-)

Adkins is interesting, I want someone who knows this division and has got out of it.

Rosler is the outstanding candidate for me, and should be for anyone with a brain

Failing that, go down the Eddie Howe route and opt for Higgy
