    Was Burton in charge of both the U18`s and U21`s ?
    I dont take much notice of these matches in the last few years so I have no idea how we havebeendoing!

    At that level it is more important to bring through players rather than win everything in site - however, when the average age of the first team is 21 or 22 like it has been, the under 21s must have been about 16...

    Many of the youngsters are in the first team squad so that makes the task harder. Heckingbottom takes the U21s and they've improved lately after being poor for most of the season...

    Trouble is with attitudes like that, the players never get a winning attitude because they think it does not matter, we need to be trying to instill a winning feeling throughout the club. I know that the youngsters need to be brought through with care but saying it doesnt matter is wrong, it should matter !

    Woodbine's summed it up. Lads like Oates, Digby, Abbott, Holgate, Bree & Smith have all been in the first team or out on loan

    U10's best Rotherham 15 - 3 last weekend and Bradford weekend before that , Leeds at home tomorrow and normally do ok against them then it's Newcastle away which is a tough one but they are improving week on week ⚽️
