    I think the club wanted to bring a legend in. Try and get the feel good factor back. Flicker was doing a good job and was rightfully given the job. I think that's what Danny was, a legend brought in to try bring back some of the fan base we've lost, it's massively backfired. I think Higgy could make a good manager, I'm just not sure he's what we need right now. It'd be another heart over head appointment for me, same as Wilson was. Danny is considerably more experienced than Higgy too.

    I agree but he must have impressed to be that close to getting the job.

    Thought that earlier, not sure if we could attract/afford Mowbray but thatd be a terrific management team IMO

    Hignett would be a huge gamble. Could pay off, could be disastrous, at the minute im with Brian Mahoneys Waist, a team of Mowbray and Hignett.
