    We are already spending more money than we have coming in. Now we've another managerial duo to pay off and on top of that we want to steal a manager from elsewhere and pay out more money.

    But you've got to be realistic. Approaching a team who are looking good for a promotion back to the 2nd tier after about a 15 year absence requesting their manager, who is one of the brightest young managers in English football to take over a team who are heading in the opposite direction isn't a realistic approach for me. If we were to approach Crewe for Steve Davis for example, we're much more likely to get a bit if joy.

    Don't see what all the fuss is about myself. Even if it is slightly unrealistic there's no harm in enquiring! I strongly disagreed with the sacking of Wilson but think its a bit harsh having a go at Ben and co for this. A simply enquiry regarding his availability doesn't necessarily mean he his our first choice either, just that he is on our list.
