Rosler or Adkins, with a £10 million transfer budget.

    :)

Very non-comittal. So if we really want him he'll come.

He`s a builder, so he needs to be chucking em up from the off or he `ll be layed off.

    Re: Brian Laws

Pretty much how I read it fairly honest assessment to be fair

Happy where he is but if someone offers him silly money in this division or a chance to move to a bigger club he would at least consider it

Lets face it its more honest than saying I am staying come what may then signing for Sheffield Wednesday a few days later :)

Personally I dont want him as our next manager but if he did come I would get behind him and definitely prefer him to some of the names bandied about

    Re: Brian Laws

The more I read and hear about Johnson the more I think it'd be a decent enough appointment and we could definitely do worse.

As others have said, very non committal and smartly played. If he stays he can say he always wanted to stay and if he comes to us he can say it's a great opportunity that he wanted. Not burning any bridges either way...

Uwe Rosler is the ideal candidate if we can entice him in my opinion. Good record, fairly young for a manager, experience at this level.

If Rosler is interested then we are wasting our time interviewing others. Just give him the job.

    How much yer paid him.?

He ought to have paid me.

In all seriousness, I'm assuming they've asked the same folk I did.

I already knew Higgy and Laws had applied too. But they won't get it.

Has Higgy got no chance? Seems weird that we almost gave him it in the Championship but he isn't in with a shout in League 1.

Are we looking at Davis at Crewe at all? Surprised there hasn't been more linking us with him.
