    him racing up and down the touchline every time we score a goal (not very often at the moment sadly) just like he did years ago, at Sunderland I think.
    That was one of the most passionate reactions to a goal I have ever seen. Can't remember who it was against.
    Let's have some of that.

    Yet apparently he passed his coaching qualifications with record marks, if a very intelligent man and is incredibly diligent.

    Usually you get passion or brains, he seems to have both.

    Doesn't matter if he passed them with record marks or the bare minimum if he doesn't apply the knowledge correctly and in an appropriate manner.

    Besides, having qualifications doesn't necessarily make you good at something. The guy who sits next to me at work is fully qualified in his job. He's still crap at it because cuts corners where ever he can.
