Personally I would prefer to have Barnsley FC in the conference and TOTALLY HONEST.. than a club in the top 2 tiers and totally rotten... take a look both north and south up the M1, 3 clubs thinking they are MASSIVE 2 from one city... down the way ... it sickens me.
