Waring is available for £1,000,000 at the end of the season

I think we'd be daft not to at least let both clubs know we'd be happy to sign them permanently.

    Up to them then.

let's be reyt though, it's still division 3 we're talking about, and they've only just moved out of 21s league. i don't think either would go for more than 500k at the mo. for me, they're in the best place for the rest of the season. first team football, doing the business, wanted by the club and fans. why wouldn't they want to stay?

I think Waring will be a decent player in the future but paying any transfer fee would be a big gamble.

If Man Utd would take a million quid for Pearson I think that would be a very wise investment, but when's the last time we paid anything like that for a player.

    Waring-£350k to £500k

    Pearson-£2 to £3 million

The million pound quote came from his agent at today's game. Not saying I'd pay that by the way, just speculating.

What did Leicester pay for Drinkwater? Man Utd's asking price would probably be similar.

I think Pearson is highly rated at Old Trafford, but a season long loan may be a possibility. United may want to farm him out to a Championship side though.

if we can keep hold of pearson, and keep that core 16 injury free for the season - we have a proper chance of top 6. still can't get my head round where we are, given how gash we've been up to the last 5 games..

I'd love to see Waring here permanently. He's always held the ball well up for us but now he's adding goals to his game & looks full of confidence.

    Pearson's a non-starter

Think Pearson will go back now if injured.

Both out of our price range

He's unwell, mate, felt a bit ill. Not an injury. We'll get it extended.

I hope he stays. And I hope we get promoted and we can keep him next season.
