No sell on clause then

Just throwing this out there - maybe Patrick got a b0ll0cking from Everton after that night.

 

I doubt it. I think Everton would be thrilled that folk knew they only paid that for him.

 

And also, there's a David Moyes interview somewhere where he confirms they paid 'under 3m'

Although what you've just said is most likely the reason why Patrick spoke that night, and why Ben kept his mouth shut.

For what it's worth, i recon there is a sell on clause, he just doesn't want to say so. You say that a lot of sell-on clauses are public, but we don't know how many are not public because, well, they're not public.

 

Only time will tell mate. I really hope I'm being overly cynical.
