Approximately how many Yards from Pam's front door did you live so I can narrow it down as to your identity
I am a few years younger than Gary but played in the same team when I was 8, our kid was in the same team, won the league that year
Hiya this is his granddaughter, Thankyou to you all it is nice to know he's missed. Could you help to try and arrange a minutes silence at a home game in honour x
Yes we did. still got the medal. Phil Martin Chambers presented us with the cup. Have you still got that photo that your sister took of the team in the green and yellow boxed shirts on St Josephs pitch. If so I want a copy.
Yep he is mate, got me wondering who you are now, your right about Gary not being parsed, don't think he played after leaving Raley
although I live out here in Selby I often travelled away from either outpost or o'dwyers and Gary always made us feel welcome and sorted me a ticket out. A true gent and a sad loss for his friends family or people like me who only met him a few times going to the match. Thoughts are with all that knew him and I'll be having a beer or two in his honour this evening that's for sure!
Sorry pal not seen that photo for years, our kid might have it somewhere, he's got all the old photos somewhere, I know there's one knocking about with us all on the stage, Think old Harold Bedford took it
A genuine good lad he will be missed. A fixture on the Shakespeare and then Maceys. Part of growing up in Barnsley in the '80s and '90s. RIP Gary.
A top lad ,not many of his ilk left, a true man of Barnsley will be greatly missed RIP big man.condolences to his family at this sad time.
