And in their letter they attempt to justify it.
I am so seriously pissed off with them.
Thank goodness I get their rob-dogging sports for free on the streaming sites !
We do like the History/Discovery channels, more's the pity I can't find them online too.

Before I gave them the heave ho after an increase in their subs, I didn't even have the courtesy of a letter. Why pay more to line some pillock like Sterling's pocket?

Well someone has got to pay for the latest monumental increase in the amount paid for the football rights. And that someone will always be the customer. It needs people to walk away en masse but for too many people, no price is too high to force them to drop sky.

never mind, at least when the top players wages go up to about half a million a week you'll be able to see where the money is going.

The sooner more people wake up to the sky hypnosis the better. When you see little pr1cks like Sterling turning down £100k per week you get a sharp reminder, not that one was needed, just how much damage Sky have done to the game.

Why do footballers justify the salary based on being a short career. sterling could earn more in 3 months than some do in an entire career.

I've no idea because its a flawed argument and a bit of an insult to fans who prop the game up yet in most cases will have to work until they drop. They seem to think they've earned the right to retire at 35 and do nothing else for the rest of their lives. Sky has allowed this culture to prevail.

If you have a mobile then download the Mobdro app. This will get you most regular channels from BBC 1 to Hustler TV. It will get you all the sports channels you need, Sky sports 1, 2 BT 1 and 2 etc.
It also has a Top Gear channel which shows all previous episodes.
For sports alone you can use Oleole tv or the new Wiziwig.to (I think it's called). There are no doubt plenty of others but I use these. I get most things though on the mobile through Mobdro.
But for goodness sake get AdBlockPlus on both your mobile and pc. It really does cut out all the **** adverts and makes access to the programmes a lot quicker and easier.

History channel is quality. So much good **** on that channel alone. Anyway back on topic....Ring them up and threaten to leave. Plead proverty, say you can't afford, that you are thinking of changing suppliers, that it's stupid the price going up when they are losing Champions League football and haven't had exclusive premiership rights for years etc. Proper state your case and you're guaranteed to get offered a deal by someone after commission at the other end. I didn't think anyone paid full price for Sky TV with that in mind. Soon as one deal ends ring them up and get another.

These boxes just have Kodi installed on them but there good value you need a decent broadband though, my mate tried to use one on sky broadband and it was constantly buffering.
