Smith needs to improve for next season and I believe he will, still makes daft mistakes but I'll put that down to his age

Pearson, worst game in a Barnsley shirt today imo but would love him to stop

Waring , spent more time on floor and didn't have a great game , would prefer jabo to stay than waring

Winnall , didn't get no protection from the referee would love him here next season

Lewin , solid performance and deserved motm ( most consistent player this season for me)

Agree with most of this. Things I think we need...

natural and more experienced RB and LBU. Smith will get better and ok as cover, made a case for first team squad but need a regular starter and natural RB.

midfield, more toughness and players who can move with the ball. Too many who hold their position and try to move ball from holding position, I.e. Pearson, Hourihane, Pearson, Bailey. Some quality we have but we need players who are more mobile and tenacious when we don't have possession.

We have no creativity wide and the balance of the team is suffering for it. John, Lalkovic show nowhere near the quality we need out wide.

we need more goal scorers in attack. I agree Jabo created more than Waring sho looked leggy and tired. But we can't relay on only Winnall and Hourihanes goals next season.

I'm pleased with goalkeeping options. I think Davies has made the position his own.

I would prefer a fit Rammage and Nayatanga. I would let Crainie go if we replace him with some quality cover. he is a good player but maybe the wage would be more value elsewhere in the team. We definitely lack leadership and someone to organise and control at the back.

I agree about Smith. The lad will only get better

Disagree about Pearson, I thought he had a decent game again, but I suppose it's a matter of opinions.

As proven by your comments about Waring. Best player on the pitch for me, was gobsmacked when he went off. Won absolutely everything and didn't misplace one pass. Does well leading the line considering he's only played around 15 pro games.

Winnall's reaction to the referee late on when he got booked was classic. He may have got a booking but he proved a point in doing so.

Lewin has got better as the season has gone on. I would have happily moved him on in November, but he's certainly up there now as one of our top performers this season.

I,d let rampage go as well need more pace and someone that can actually pass the ball instead of just hoofing it upfield to no one in particular

He got booked for refusing to go to referee, he was pissed off because he was not getting any protection from the ref

The referee went over to him t ask him if he was okay after going down under a heavy challenge. Winnall basically waved him away and told him to fvck off. The referee called him over so he told him to fvck off again. At which point he was booked. The referee rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders but it was all over him not giving Winnall the protection he should have got as you say.

I thought Waring was excellent again today.

Thought Waring did ok. Got little support or protection either from jus colleagues or the ref.

Think we and LJ will learn a lot from his players last few games. We will see who is really playing for a place next season.

Smith should never have been dropped for John.

Pearson and the rest of the loans should be sent back as I can't see any here next season so lets give those a chance who will be here next season.

Waring going at his current record is a 15 goals a season target man, so we've no chance of him being here as a championship club will have him. I guess Huddersfield to replace Miller who replaced Holt.

Winnall as you say got very little off the ref, but lets be glad he scored.

Lewin's eye looked knackered. He played well considering he had dodgy vision.

Me and the few thousand others who booed when he was subbed off. Didn't put a foot wrong again in spite of having little support and often having to work his way backwards.

I agree with most of that.

I'm afraid I don't see what everyone else seems to see in Smith. He's a solid enough defender for this level but very poor with the ball at his feet. Too many aimless balls forward, gifting them possession each time. At least Kennedy's long balls were straight to O'Grady's chest. I think it's only the fact that he's homegrown that means he's avoiding criticism.

Pearson has gone downhill fast the last few games. He's a quality player though and I don't think its a coincidence that its coincided with the team's drop in form. He was a big part of our winning streak.

Jabo had much more joy than Waring, but I'm not sure how much that's down to fresh legs against a tiring defence. Jabo isn't fully fit so isn't the type of player to suit Johnson's style of pressing football.

    Can't disagree with much above.

We need someone like J O'S.

John was predictable & the full back had him in his pocket, even on the 2 occasions he managed to initially turn him.

Thought Smith did well, apart from one clanger.

Balance of midfield is key & wasn't quite right today, but we finished the game the best team, against a team that are almost certain to make the playoffs.

Waring will only get better, has played bugger all first team matches & will gain composure. I probably agree I'd go for Jabo of the 2 at the moment, as we could use more experience in the team.

I,ve seen waring have far better games than he had today,I just think we need a centre forward with far more experience than he has next season if we are to challenge nearer the top although he does have potential, personally I wouldn't sign him but I,m sure people will disagree!
