I didn't go, but, by god, that looked *****.
Is that the best we can expect from so-called professional footballers playing for Barnsley?

My daughter's thrilled. She went down to the front for the last minute and can be seen jumping up and down near the players after we scored.

Took my little Star Wars mad 5 year old boy for his first game and he loved it. On the way up the hill after the game he said "daddy, do you know how we scored the goal?" And after I said no, he claimed that he used the Force!

Agree Badger, thought I was watching Sunday League. What's the goalie up for? Season's over he should have saved his energy..

Anyone care to explain the back pass rule to me. Thought I understood it but after watching the first 30 seconds of that footage, I've realised I don't.

Anyone else notice Scowen waving their player off after he got sent off? I don't remember seeing anything in the game so I wonder what happened between them.

Pretty shabby behaviour from Scowen for the sending off. As others have said it was a dubious booking anyway but Scowen, like the "pro" that he is made sure he looked injured while having a sneaky look across to the ref to see if any action was being taken. Once he saw the card coming out he was on his feet and then giving their lad a sarcastic little wave to see him on his way.

I hate to see behaviour like that, especially from our own players. He's been a great signing but he clearly needs to grow up quite a lot.

Having said all that Posh were pretty dirty throughout so it's nice that the ref sent at least one of them off. Could have been a direct contribution to our equaliser as well seeing as the left back position was where Berry got his header into the goal.

That all depends on what mood he's in, although most of his favorite characters are from the dark side. Count Dooku is his favourite, so as a big Hammer Horror fan I get a kick out of watching him playing with his Christoper Lee action figure. But he does go through little phases where he'll only speak like Yoda!

I think you're being harsh on Scowen there.

The player is already on a booking and yet decides to go straight through the back of Scowen to get a ball he could never get. Absolute stupidity.

Yes but he still pretended to be hurt, to make sure the ref got the book out. He's only one of thousands of other footballers that do it.

Doesn't make it right though - it's cheating, like diving in the penalty box or pretending you have been punched when a finger nail just ruffled your hair :)

Can't believe you're having a go at Scowen, quality bit of play there. I'd have clapped him off though and murmured "daft lovely person" under my breath.

Sorry, not with you. Scowen pretending to be hurt by the stupid tackle was quality play?

Possible that the Peterborough player might have been giving Scowen some verbal during the game etc hence his reaction at seeing him sent off.

I'm with you on this one , hate seeing players feigning injury to get other players sent off or booked. It's behaviour like this which is ruining the game. If it was a opposition player playing dead on the floor then jumping back up once the ref gets his card out people would be going ape **** .
