Show some initiative instead of rigid adherence to 451 Like I've said, if he can sign the players needed to make it effective then it will be fine....
I dont mind playing 451, because of what we have, it seems the only thing that will fit. However, i hope we revert to 442 with Waring and Winnall upfront next week and actually play on the floor with some nice attacking elements. im as frustrated as anyone but give the man a chance.
Waring isn't here anymore He's got my support I'm just speculating what he will need to do to make his system effective
Has that been confirmed? I dont know if you went to Colchester away but in his interview after he said thats closest to looking like a 'Lee Johnson side'. He was commenting on the first half in which we were very good.
