fans have run on the pitch just before second half kicked off and are still on the pitch and sat in the centre circle refusing to move oysten was just smiling when they sing oysten out he doesnt care at all police are just watching them
Somebody will have a pop at Oysten in the coming weeks, maybe in the street or at home. Desperate times in the shlte oil that is Blackpool. Not just us in the doldrums
That's anarchy. It's not a peaceful protest, it's anarchy. "We're Blackpool, and we'll do what we want" kind of thing. Ugly side of football. I wonder if they took their buckets and spades for while they were there. Plenty of options for sand castles there.
They should make all the pitch invaders drink a pint of lager from the Castle pub. That wud freeten em proper. Blackpool is a complete dump a mundo.
They need to sort their lives out if football bothers them that much, they were tossing him off when they reached the Premier League. Lifetime bans and hefty fines isn't it for pitch invaders?
Fair play to them. It isn't as though well-intentioned but badly-judged decisions have led them to where they are. Oyston has deliberately run them into the ground. Were it happening at Oakwell, I'd be on the pitch, too.
it got abit out of hand after it got announced it was abandoned, they started trying to break into the directors area
How's he run them into the ground? Why would he purposely make one of his businesses cost less when it would mean he'd get less if he sold it? Why would he purposely annoy folk when it would put his own safety at risk? He will see himself as the guy who........ 1) Gave them an all seater stadium. 2) Gave them premiership football against all odds. 3) Gave them the best manager they ever had Ian Holloway. 4) Doesn't give in to the vultures known as agents by refusing to pay them. 5) Gives footie low guys like Nile Ranger, Jamie O Hara amongst others the chance to rebuild their career. 6) Runs the club debtfree by living within their means. None of us know where the premiership millions went, but the club is his and if he's taken back some of his investment over the years that's his choice. Granted he needs to sit down with the fans and try and get them back onside, but what do the fans want from him? He's not going to spend the money the fans want him to off the back of their poor crowds. It's rare seeing a football club only spend what they make so for that he deserves some praise. We don't even do that.
they can argue that he has sued 3 fans said that he will stay untill blackpool are in the confrence and taken down the statue of Stan Mortensen
What happens now that the match has been abandoned? I assume that they have to replay it, like our rained off game a few years ago.
I'm not sure they'll bother will they, it doesn't mean anything. It'll be no points for Blackpool and a point for Huddersfield.
