How the hell are the US of A getting away with murdering 57 Syrian civilians (including three children) today, after air-strikes that were 'supposed' to be targeting ISIS? In other words, matey, the world is ******. I'm no longer surprised by owt.
Huddersfield will be awarded a 3-0 victory and Blackpool fined or points deduction next season for failure to fulfill a fixture.
I can see why he took the statue down as the protest was going to take place next to it before the game. Blackpool are in deep **** now for their behaviour yesterday. Any fine should be paid by the trespassers not the club and I wonder how the well behaved fans will feel if those who'd not get off the pitch cost them a points deduction. Agree about Blackpool though....Lovely place. The millions spent over recent years has been money well spent. The smart new German trams, the sea defences steps and all the other promanade work.
Why on earth do people believe that the Pool fans would damage a statue of one of their all time greats, which was paid for by supporters donations and was to be a focus of a peaceful protest as part of a commemoration on the anniversary of one of their finest days ie the Matthews final when Morty scored a hat trick.....would be like Barnsley fans damaging a Tommy Taylor statue...it just wouldn't happen would it, it was damaged by the Oystons when removed.....it was removed as an act of defiance by the Oystons......I cant believe any self respecting football supporter can stand by the actions of a convicted rapist and his son.........obviously they are fit and proper persons to run a football club........
Blackpool are in deep ****, you're right. However 99% of the **** is due to the way the club has been run. Yesterday's pitch invasion is just a wet fart in comparison.
