To my eternal shame, i know both of em. The one in orange has a brain injury and was his first match but is no excuse. the other bloke should have known better

My apologies then if he has a brain injury (if that injury impacts his ability to think clearly and reasonably). Like you say the other one should have moved him away though.

Whoever was looking after the kid with the brain injury should be banned for life then. It's so fookn annoying when you stay behind to applaud the players and that happens. Every bstd season. Lack of action by the gazillion stewards to walk the line. Lack of action by plod even when the babies, their dads and the teenage masses were advised that it's a criminal offence. It happens every year. I don't mind if kids run on them come off, its the billy big ****** idiots that do my nut in.

 

But even the kid surely it would be better if they stayed off till the players had been back out and THEN went on. After theyd been back out the club could even put out an announcement welcoming children onto the pitch.

 

I agree, ideally everybody should stay off but it isn't going to happen, not with our stewards. I can understand kids wanting to run on and generally they come off. Its the pr1cks that refuse to come off because they're so hard and nobody is telling them what to do that want sorting out. If its an offence to run on the pitch any other game, why is it OK after the last game.
