There you go boss, I set up a goal, won us the ball back to get us a corner for the first, caused the Rochdale defence all sorts of problems and in the 24 minutes I was on the pitch we scored 5 goals, resulting in our biggest win of the season.

LJs only been here two minutes and already made double figures worth of strange decisions. Sincerely hope he knows better than we do what he's doing or we will need a new manager before christmas.

 

I'm disappointed with the Oates release too. I can only assume LJ has better forwards lined up.

 

Oates will be the next Jon Parkin - think hel go on and do well elsewhere. Shabby hes not even been given a proper chance - he looked a lot better than Maris!

 

To be fair, I think he'll have seen more than enough in training before the game on Sunday to make up his mind. I'd have been more frustrated if he didn't rate him before & then decided to keep him based on 20 minutes in the last game.

Yep agree with that. If he's picking players to keep on what, whilst fun to embarrass Keith, was little more than a friendly against 10 demoralised ***** players, I would be extremely worried.

Good on him letting Reece show what he can do though. Should help him get a new club in L1 or L2. If we have a couple of new strikers lined up and winnall already here best to get him somewhere to play games.

Also Jennings contract will be very expensive to pay off, which we legally have to do if we were to transfer list him. Either way we are paying his full contract for the next year (unless he requests a transfer). So LJ may have thought **** it lets see if we can unlock desire and potential to rip this league a new one. Something which Lalkovic doesn't possess despite be a solid pro and seemingly nice guy.

 

Maybe the youngens aren't good enough and thats why he was released because if not being good enough?

Jennings will have to put the effort in this year he's going to be playing for another contract here or for another team to take any interest in him.

 

Why is it ,just because a player comes through the academy and into the first team,we automatically think he's gonna be good enough? Hes been shown the door and theres obviously a reason why,so see ya rhys and let johnson build a team of quality for next season
