Because he's a ******? He's rarely in the house, never votes on owt, never visits Bradford, yet cost taxpayers here around £700,000. For what? No idea. He manipulated enough of the muslim population into voting him in, some by merely greeting them whilst campaigning by using urdu phrases. His 'free Palestine' ******** convinced many of them to vote for him. However, Naz Shah is a Bradford girl of Pakistani origin. A muslim. No pretence, no falsity. And so I assume a lot of the Muslim population who were conned into voting George have realised after three years that he's full of **** and are willing to back one of their own. I dunno. I voted for her because she speaks very well, lives a mile away from me, came to my door to explain things in her opinion, works here, has her kids in schools here and wants to bring the communities here together for a better Bradford. And she's Labour. Who I trust to look after the NHS which for me is massive, for obvious reasons, plus my missus works for the NHS and in the last few years has started to hate the job she once loved. I'm staying awake until it's confirmed that Bradford West is back in Labour hands. But it looks like a ******* awful night for the north of Britain and I'm sad to see the BBC seemingly revelling in it all.
I turned over to sky news hours ago their not too bad but you can still tell their Tories, all these on TV are well paid so you know who they want in anyway
Based on what's happening you have to wonder if we are an island of ****ing millionaires. Or gullable ****s
Thank You John. Just hearing that Labour now talking over the possibility of a coalition with the SNP to try and oust Cameron. But really John WTF has happened to the Labour vote in England? Looks like it will be am absolutely terrible night for them.
I voted Green myself. Labour are sell outs & Milliband was the worst Labour leader in their history in my opinion. He hopefully will be ousted & Labour will try & win some of us back, by actually having some policies. Alex Salmond's interview on BBC was priceless. No wonder people are voting SNP.
John I missed the Alex Salmon speech but no doubt it will get replayed. And DSL, Michael was not that bad. His heart was in the right place. But as for Miliband
Any Tory will agree with you on that, he was great for the Tories. He may have been a decent old goat but his policies were somewhat to the left of Gorbachev, and this nation is simply not that left wing and never will be. The 1983 election was barely a fight.
Lack of trust after the financial crisis last time teamed with ukip taking votes from either side has cost us dear.
Simple fact is Miliband is unelectable and Labour didn't offer a sensible alternative. North UK has voted decisively and absolutely nothing will come of it.
