On the same day a group of supporters raised thousands for charity, giving our club some good publicity, we get this lot doing this. Fantastic.

I'm hoping I never know a rapist murderer or kiddie fiddler to be honest, if it was 100% he'd done it or dna was available then I would, if it was we'd like to speak to this man no chance

Any chance we can have a bit of innocent until proven guilty on this?

I know the accusations tar us all, and it's pretty despicable behaviour. And I know they look well dodgy, but that doesn't mean they've done it. Maybe they have, in which case I hope they're dealt with appropriately, but it's only a season a go that a group of Barnsley fans were wrongly charged in Huddersfield and that was all over the papers too.

Absolutely it does, makes a horrible incident all the more sickening.

In fairness to the police, it also puts a bit of context as to why I was treated like a potential thug when travelling back from the game on the Bradford to Leeds train.

I think they're guilty, Jay. I saw a few lads on twitter discussing this incident a day or two after the match who were present on that carriage, some even went as far as saying what these lads had said, which I won't repeat on here. Or maybe they were describing a separate incident? Dunno.

Exactly pal hit the nail on the head, if they want people grassing on folk they should post the incident on line in full not just stills, their might but people there being accused by association, that's not for me that it's a load of *****,

I don't think Jay's in agreement with you on this. I think he's appealing for folk not to condemn a group of lads (on the stills) who are merely wanted by the police in connection to the incident. They could have witnessed it. I dunno. But I'm pretty sure the incident happened and whoever was to blame for it should in my opinion be named, shamed and banned from our club.

Couldn't live with yourself because you helped the police catch people who racially abuse a 4 year old?

I'd find it harder to live with myself for not 'grassing' on them.

I agree with thee an all, but show me proof of what they did, if you want me grassing on people. I'm not about to go naming people because police say they did it, any one of them lads could have sat there and not said a word and got accused because he was there at the time

If they are genuinely innocent then let them explain themselves to the authories and clear there name if they are.

You call it "grassing" I call it being a witness.

The police are asking for the lads in the stills to come forward, it's as simple as that. If I was one of them and knew I was innocent, I'd be clearing my name, and, if I witnessed the abuse would be giving a statement saying as much. It's not school, mate. Grassing and snitching etc. It's the big wide world. I'd rather go away from home following my football club without the fear of being assumed a hooligan. Actions like the one described in this thread are making it worse for the massive majority of us who go to football games to be friendly with others whilst watching a football game.
