There must be a reason for this. Nobody sells without securing the best price they can get. Please explain
Don't worry, there's a better house round the corner. As my gran always said, 'everything happens for a reason'.
Mmmm. well if it's your dream home and you're not in a chain etc. then all will still be "subject to contract" and you ought still to be able to put in a higher offer. Any buyer wants the highest price for their house. Doesn't make sense at the mo.
Ah well, it means we can enjoy Florida now in 2 weeks rather than worrying about not having enough money and needing to get things organised. It also gives me a chance to get some credit history and improve our chances of getting a decent mortgage offer, I've already put some wheels in motion!
What sort of house are you looking for? Mine is for sale here : http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-50623439.html?premiumA=true Re credit scores there are things you can do to improve it fairly quickly. Have a read of this: http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/credit-rating-credit-score I could also get you an impartial mortgage advisor to scour the market for you free of charge if you like. Drop me a PM if interested.
Thanks but I've done lots of research and I feel confident enough to look around, cheers for the offer though! You've got a lovely house but it's a bit too near the hospital for me
