Headteachers in Barnsley will be on from around 65k in a small primary up to at least 100k in one of the secondary schools. Sent from my Che2-L11 using Tapatalk
http://www.theguardian.com/money/2014/mar/25/uk-incomes-how-salary-compare Nice to see a Tory with his finger on the pulse about how most people live. Next you'll be saying most people in Barnsley pay inheritance tax.
I'm amazed truly amazed. Whilst that amount is a good amount I am very surprised in puts you in the top10%
And there lies a huge problem...........all except the builder, who may own their own business is in..........THE PUBLIC SECTOR (paid by the Government) That is to say that they get their money that has mostly been generated by THE PRIVATE SECTOR..........where wages are usually crap Teachers, Doctors, Police........are on a large wage and pension compared to the ordinary person working for a private company. Hence the Conservatives push to realign the balance And they will do..........get ready people that work for example at the council - because they are coming for you I'm not saying this is right..........my missus on Friday morning didn't want to go to work when she heard the result of the election - she works in the NHS and she knows that there is 5 years of turmoil ahead. There is a balance to be made..........the Labour Party got that balance very very wrong..........and because of this Doctors (GPs) have now a licence to print money One last note..........wages in Barnsley are poor because of the poor education standards in Barnsley - where most kids have very little aspirations and leave school with very few qualifications...........hence low skilled work paying peanuts...........and hence the call centres and places like ASOS springing up because the gaffers at these places know that there is a multitude of duffers out and about in the Barnsley district that will work for less than £8 per hour
