    It's simple really. Let a club spend what it wants. When they go bust or go into administration. Relegation. Or start from the bottom. It's a big enough deterrent

    not surprised fella... DISGUSTED

    yet another ploy they have used to keep the lower leagues down... its so obvious whats gonna happen... Continental super leagues.
