    After ordering 2 season tickets on the 3 payment plan my second payment which was due on May 29th hasn't come out of my account yet .Any one else having the same problem?

    There's a thread on this somewhere. **** up by Ticketmaster I think, check your emails to see if club have contacted you. If not I'd get in touch with them if I were you. Sounds great that you've not been charged (their fault etc), won't be great come first home game of season and you can't get in the ground.

    I received an email on Saturday morning asking me to contact the club to give them my bank details again as the first payment was done as a one off by ticketmaster so the details were not held for the follow up payments.

    The first two months of my Installment Plan has come out of my bank account. ie £99 each time, with no problem at all. Just one more payment on 30th June.

    And give them your mobile number and tell them when you want ringing and they will phone you to get the card details
