(Some have been proved right).
I read it as last 18 years (since promotion to Prem) not 18 players. Doh. Reight, last decade... Muller Trippier , Stones , Shackell , Goldbourne JCR , Howard , McPhail , Hammill Winnall , Vaz Te subs: Steele, Hassell, Foster, Scowen, Butterfield, Vaz Te, Hourihane
As good as Stones is, and he is, did he really play enough at centre half for Barnsley to be included in almost every team so far? Honestly thought he spent the majority of the time at right back though everyone knew his best position would be in the centre.

I can only remember him playing at centre half a couple of times. However, it's a thread asking for a BFC 18 from the last decade that you'd like to watch. I titled it as such, purposely. Rather than a 'best' XI or whatever. I wouldn't - for example - have Ferenczi in my best XI of the last decade, nor Anderson de Silva. I selected a group of players from over the ten years who I'd have loved to have seen together. Trippier is near enough everyone's right back, despite often playing wide right with Hassell at full back, and, on Bobby, he makes it into folks teams but at centre half. Whilst you're here mate, give us a Dale 18 from the last decade. Bet it'd look decent. But if you stick Dawson in it we're going to fall out.
