This is gonna be a massive issue..... It's the last home game, so we will have to save it through the whole of the closed season!

Still got my match day ticket for the Chesterfield away game last season - not used, because I was in Barnsley District Hospital with pneumonia and couldn't make it to the game. I was going to go by train via Sheffield, £8 return. So thinking about doing the same this season.

How do you reckon they'll distribute the tickets? They'll go like lightning

That end holds 2500, and we have 6000 season card holders, if they do it that way, it'll be hard to get one.

    I WANT TO GO!

Last time I saw a Chesterfield away game was at Saltergate back in the late 60s I think. Never been through the town (by road) since then until very recently when I drove through on the way to cycling on the Monsal Trail. Been through on the train a few times of course. Amazing how that crooked spire has managed to stay up!

38 marries with 2 kids, my Job is more important than football, so its easy to let it happen.

Suppose i could switch jobs to mon - fri and lose a few thousand quid, tell kids they cant have nice holidays and stuff they like.

As long as i can go watch Barnsley

Lol i wonder who will be in charge for the peterborough game in november........is anybody running a book, on the said subject, new manager.

no disrespect to LJ but with our history and track record i reckon the blue touch paper is already lit and we havent kicked a ball in anger yet.

Can't make the opening day due to work (soz Nightmare) so happy it's an away day and one that I did last season. Ought to be a good following though for that one. Happy with Bradford at home and Rochdale away in August, around pay day. And it looks like a promotion party at Bumhole Lane on April 23. You Reds.
