Not sure if the news is making it so far up north but the French are at it again

An industrial dispute between french "workers" and the EU means that the french can blockade our main gateway to Europe costing British industry around £250 million per day and causing chaos for British holiday makers

and we are powerless because short of sending in warships and the army, what can we do when they blockade the port or lob burning tyres onto the tunnel tracks. The French police just watch

Now theres and idea - maybe a few paratroops and shoot a few and they would soon give up

Alternatively, we could take a leaf out of their book and do the same. Simply moaning about things in this country gets you absolutely nowhere.

There's the EU rules that all countries in the EU have to abide by.

And then there's the EU rules that the French just ignore if it doesn't suit them.

And yet people insist that we in Britain are Europeans..........we are not.
We have a different culture and try to play by the rules - we do things differently in this country.
